Why Submersible Winding Wire is becoming so Popular?

Popularity of submersible winding wire is so high because of the inherent properties. This wire is not only resistant to extreme temperature but also come with extremely high dielectric strength, negligible current leakage properties, greater tensile strength, and many more. Submersible winding wires have long life and come with high resistance to tears. These wires can be easily bent for winding purpose. These are not all. There are many other intrinsic properties associated with these wire types and they are firm insulation for high mechanical strength as well as cost optimization. As these wires come with all these properties, these wires are used in submersible motors as well as pumps. In fact, quality of the motors in a large way depends upon the usage of quality wires. It is because of the fact that the risks of burning out lessens. These are the reasons why submersible winding wires have become so popular. The features that make these wires so popular are tear resistance (powered by uniaxial orientation), dielectric strength, higher cut-through and abrasion resistance.

However, there are certain aspects that are needed to be kept in mind so that the users get maximum advantage of these wires –

#1 It is always better not to place the coils near objects that have sharp edges. Maintaining this aspect is important if the user wants to avoid tearing of insulation.

#2 These wires should not be placed in places where there are extreme temperatures.

#3 When storing them, always do that in room temperature. Stacking more than five coils in one place should be avoided. This should be followed as the lower most coil may get damaged due to excess weight.

To maintain quality of a submersible winding wire, these three important precautions should be followed.
